The 6 months that I have been here have been the worst I have ever spent in an apartment community. From inconsistent treatment from the office associates, lies about fees from day one, the gate is the most annoying(you dont know from one day to a next if it will be closed or open). From some of the other reviews I have read the most disturbing one of them all is the spider problem, and it is not just any old everyday spiders, they are brown recluse spiders and they seem to be infested with them. I have seen them in every single room in the apartment including in the bed with me. So because of this I have become paranoid to even lay down in my own house and will not be renewing my lease.

Contact MidAmerica Properties in Memphis and report your issues with them and they will contact the Regional Manager to contact you since the people at the office there dont give a damn if you have issues or not. They just want to fill the apartments with bodies and collect your high rent and ridiculous fees. The brown recluse issue is an epidemic issue there. They have NO control and dont care if you have hundreds of them in your apartment. Medically, they have NO idea what those spiders can do to you if bitten. It is NO joke. Best advise is to exhaust all your options with corporate. Call them and take photos. Document your problem so they can not say you didnt tell them. People who have lived there and experienced this first hand are not disgruntled. They are pissed because the office staff is so damn careless about their residents issues and the COMPLETE resolution. They can spray one apartment then the spiders will migrate to another then come back to your apartment again. It is a cycle that seemingly remains UNRESOLVED.
