You are cooking in your kitchen when a Brown Recluse spider rans out from the side of the oven.
You are in the comfort of your own bathroom when a Brown Recluse spider runs under the door and along the wall.
You are going through your clothes in your closet and a Brown Recluse runs out from under the chest of drawers.
You are sitting in your living room watching television and you spot a Brown Recluse on the end of your sofa.
If you are afraid of spiders then this is not the apartment complex for you. The office staff has to know this is a major problem but nothing ever gets taken care of. They give you traps and month after month you return the traps with spiders attached. They spray but the problem does not go away.

CALL THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE (MID AMERICA PROPERTIES) AND TAKE PLENTY OF PHOTOS ... THE OFFICE DOESNT GIVE A DAMN IF THEY HAVE YOU LIVE IN A SPIDER WEB ... THEY WANT THE APARTMENTS RENTED AND THEIR QUOTOS UP ... YOUR HEALTHCARE IS NOT THEIR PRIORITY OR YOUR WELL BEING ... YOU HAVE TO FIGHT FOR CHANGE AND THE OFFICE IS INCOMPETENT OF REASON.

I'm just curious how much of a hassle it is to deal with Mid-America. Does the management stick a bunch of fees on you once you move out? I have lived here 3 months, and have found 22 brown recluses. Even in my SHEETS. I am sick and tired and am trying to reason with the office. They have waived the redecoration fee, but I would still have to pay a $680 termination fee. I don't understand why I am having to pay for an issue that is completely theirs. I am thinking about trying to defend myself, but I don't want to get stuck in a huge ordeal.
