This place is as safe as Compton. During a span of 2 months my car was broken into on 3 seperate occasions, and all management would say is that it is not their responsibility. It is considered a "gated" complex but that is crap because anyone could get in there. I had to terminate my lease because I couldn't afford more break ins and management saying they're not responsible. They would not even give me a break on the lease, in which I had to pay an additional 3 months. They even accused us of having pets and charged us $1,000 for a "urine" smell. I was very close to getting an attorney involved but I knew that it was their word against mine so I never pursued it. Come to find out 2 months later, they completely remodeled and painted the complexes we were in so it's easy to see they were trying to get easy money for the repairs. Please don't be fooled by the area and by management.

OF COURSE ... THE OFFICE STAFF ARE A BUNCH OF CUT THROAT PIT VIPERS ... THEY WANT TO SIGN ANY FOOL UP FOR A LEASE BUT HEAVEN FORBID THEY TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING THAT IS THEIRS ... I WOULD WIPE MY ASS WITH BRENTHOOD DOWNS.

I agree with this repsonse. They call themselves a gated community but the gate rarely works and even then people will still just sneak in behind you because the security arm does not work. Not to mention the home made bomb that was thrown at the Star Bucks by the Wal Mart Neighborhood Market across the street. The community is not safe, which is my I will not be renewing my lease which was only 12 months.
