Brighton Valley Apartments Review From: blackjo1234@aol.com Date posted: 4/12/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   We moved in last Saturday, not knowing there are many children left outside to fight, scream, cuss, and hang out in the streets. As the mother of a military officer, I find the lack of supervision by the parents to be poor. Next time I look for a place I will make sure it is after school hours, so I can see WHO CONTROLS the outside. As far as management/crew, they seem quick to respond and friendly. The apartment is liveable for the price range. Regards, Concerned Resident!!!
