There is a problem with unsupervised kids of all ages, with alot of noise after dark. They stand in the middle of the parking lot and just stand and look at you when you drive up! A basketball court was erected, that is filled with litter There is frequently unsupervised children in the pool. The grounds have alot of litter. The courtesy office was conveniently out of town on the 4th of July when some of the residence?s were shooting fireworks until well after 11pm. The office manager lives right down the street from the offenders but nothing was done to stop them even though it it illegal in city limits. I have had no real problems with repairs, but they try to take shortcuts.
