Unresponsive management

Brighton Valley seems more interested in attracting new tenants, than in keeping the ones it already has. While the leasing manager is extremely courteous and helpful, I have found the general manager to be uncaring and unresponsive. We have been dealing with a problem for months, and management has shown no interest in resolving it. Too bad, because the apartments are kind of nice.
