Loud kids, poor maintenance

I've lived at BV for 3 years - it has gone down hill in that time. VERY loud kids (LOTS of them!). People playing basketball all hours and rude kids who won't clear the parking lot to let cars pass. The 'remodeling' was simply a paint job and new carpet, so apts are very outdated otherwise. I think there are much better values for the money - especially since there is not even a fitness center on site. Plenty of parking due to low occupancy, though!
