I lived in Brighton Valley for 3 years. I had no problems with the office staff or maintenance crew. Although, this isn't the rich neighborhood, I had a few neighbors that were straight GHETTO! My car was always broken into and or damaged by the inconsiderate neighbors and visitors that passed through. On the flip side I had neighbors that didn't sleep at night and they watched the parking lot. There is no security in this complex. Yes there are many children, but it is also a larger family neighborhood. They do need another pool and better parks for the kids to play in. Also, the perimeter needs to be redone, maybe a new fence around the entire complex to keep all the strays out. Overall it was an OK place to live.
