I've lived in Brighton Valley for 2 years and, overall, have had a good experience.
The Good: Any maintenance problems have been taken care of very quickly and the apartment is a good size for the money. There is a very nice indoor/outdoor pool area and always ample parking.
The Bad: There are a lot of kids that live in this complex and it can be noisy if you live in the 2-bedroom( ) area. The insulation is poor and sound travels through the walls, or if you live adjacent to a smoker, you will be able to smell it in your apartment. Plus, traffic on Murfreesboro Road (heading towards town) during the school year is horrible until you get past Una Antioch Elementary. It takes 5 minutes to go 2 miles.
I'm sure it's not the best place in town, but it has been a good home for the past couple of years and I would recommend it to others.
