The townhouses are beautiful and Marilyn is great! However, the area is not good and is getting worse by the day. I have heard pistol shots right after dark and the local news station says there are 5 different gangs in this neighborhood. The trouble has gotten so bad the residents are having to sign in AND OUT of the pool instead of being able to come and go as they please. The complex recently put a letter on everyone's door to inform them that they were sorry for the trouble that was going on but they never issued anything to the residents to inform them that they needed to be on the watch or becareful.

The traffic is horrific and you will have to travel through some extreamly bad elements in order to go toward town. People playing, what seems to be, dodgeball with the oncoming traffic, extream cases of road rage(one person tried to ram me from the side at a traffic light), and prostitues just to name a couple. It has taken me over an hour to travel 6 miles in the afternoon rush hour traffic on more than 1 occation.
