me and my family moved here, sight unseen, from out of state, and we have had virtually no problems to speak of and management has been exceptional. the surrounding trees are extremely beautiful in the spring and aside from the late hours that our neighbors above us keep, we have enjoyed our stay here immensely. i think the area is wonderful, and i have felt completely safe in this area, despite what i have heard from others (whom i would venture to guess have either heard that from someone else or have never even come to this area). the rent price is adequate, and i highly recommend brighton valley to anyone.
