the only nice staff her is Mrs Marilyn.parking sucks they have a huge problem with bugs my friend got bed bugs from living here and the kids that run through here all hours of the night and the languages OMG!!its sickley insane i am a current resident but palning to move do to the fact that if you want to stay they dont tell you this when you move in but they will charge you to stay and renue your lease bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

This is a crazy truth that needs to be read before suggesting Brighton Valley Apts. When you come to see the apartments for the 1st time just to see what you may be getting yourself into they show you a model apt that is so beautiful it looks nothing like the apt your going to get. The apartments are so old it's like your going through a time warp. These apartments have never been updated but they say the outside has. They still have sliding doors in the bathrooms from 1970 and the windows are so old just push them up and your in. The cabinets are all short like the little??s live here. The stove and refrigerator nasty nasty nasty. They are so small and old. If you want to wash your hair while taking a shower that??s out because the water only stays hot for about 5 mins so you will have to wash fast. The apt has this odor that air freshener nor Febreze can't even get out. The water in the shower come out so hard it will peel your skin off. They have roaches out this world. I called and complained my 1st week here about all the roaches I continued to see after they said they came to spray 3 times. I only signed a 6mth lease but asked to back out of the lease because of the roaches and they told me I had to pay break lease fees 2 months rent and 210.00 for the discounts they gave me when I moved in. I let roach bombs off in my apt twice and each time it was 5 bombs in this small apt and the roaches are still here. These are super roaches. Like I said don't do it......!
