British Woods Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/14/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   British Woods is a nice community and they do have nice floor plans. Unfortunately, the townhome units are not at all energy efficient. My NES bill is $70 in the summer and $200 in the winter. I keep the temp set at 65 so it is still cold in the apt even with the high bill. The application process was very tedious, but the staff has always been nice. Maintenance is average.
