Excellent management, great location. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/27/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   I have been living here for about a year and a half. The apartments are spacious (if you get the large 1BD or 2BD). They are a little older, but well kept. The only qualm I have with my place is that the A/C system is too loud. Compared to other newer complexes, The Brixworth is cheaper and as nice. I may be a little more expensive than the average Nashville apt. I think the best thing about it is the location. You are 5-10 mins from anywhere in Nashville and you have everything you need within a 2 min drive.
