I lived at Brookridge for 10 1/2 years and would probably still be there if I had not married and wanted to move out of that area of town...the area was going a bit down hill for my taste. My experiences with the office staff and the maintenance staff were always positive...the leasing manager was ALWAYS nice and I never had to call more than once for a problem to be resolved. Like in any other apartment complex, if the tenents around you are loud and obnoxious that may be a problem, but(in my situation) the staff was quick to address the problem and I?m sure it was resolved (I don?t know because I moved out in the time frame that said problem was going on.) I wish I were paying the same amount in rent where I am now, but I?m not...I really miss that $555 a month for my one bedroom. My only gripe would be the gate...seems there were always problems with it either not working, or cars would be lined up trying to get in (not always the fault of the complex) but I felt the gate was more trouble than it was worth.
