worst apartment staff i've ever dealt with. no one has a clue what's going on in their office. the current manager constantly forgets what they told you in the past. get everything in writing if you move here! and even then make copies for your own records. files disappear with every management team failure. the light fixtures in our apartment flicker when the other tenants move around their apartments. the water bill is unbelievable. there are no meters for each tenant so what you pay monthly is up to the office staff (convenient profit center) when we moved here our water bill averaged 30 a month...now it is averaging 100! when we move out, we won't regret it.
