I am the only person in my one bedroom, one bath apartment and my water bill averages $50 per month. The noise is appaling - my neighbor's sound system has knocked the globe off of a light fixture and shattered it on the floor of my utility room. There have been approximately 10 automobile break in's in the 9 months that I have lived here. For what you get, DEFINITELY NOT worth the money!!!! I could live in Cool Springs!! There is NO assigned parking and anytime someone has company, you had better get there before the company or you will be packing it! I am moving because I feel unsafe. The maintenance staff is the best thing this complex has going for them.
