The parking is ridiculous. If you come home after 5pm you cannot find a parking spot. I thought living so close to a hospital would be a good idea, but you hear sirens all night long and the apartments are so close to a very busy road. I have nothing against --------, but I have see large families living in two bedroom apartments which means people who have not had security checks are living here. My neighbor has been in and out of jail many times. It is a gated community, but the gates are always broken and many people don't have key cards and hold everything up when trying to enter.
On the up side, the staff are VERY friendly and the maintenance are prompt and efficient when things are broken. Other than the noise from Harding Place people are mostly quiet. Also the layout of the apartment is great.
