We lived here for a few years while my husband attended medical school. Originally I came because I wanted to live in a nice, well lit and spacious apartment. After visiting lots of friends in their apartments in Nashville over the four years, I never saw one that was as nice as ours. The tenants are mostly young professionals, and it's a quiet, gated community. I always felt very safe and loved that the pool was really clean. The owners (a married couple) will become like family to you. They are warm and friendly, fix things right away, put out a newsletter, and give great discounts. I especially liked that they always gave discounts to a couple of police officers so we usually had one or two police officers living in the community, and I think just seeing their cars would scare off anyone who would even think about coming onto the property. Anyway, I really loved living here (oh, also there's everything you'd want within a few miles -- a big grocery store, library, mall, park, TJMaxx, Blockbuster, gym, etc.).
