Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
Yesterday both elevators were out of service.

The day before, fireworks were being shot from the units on the upper floors.

Last week, transients made themselves at home in the lobby because the building was unsecured. Also, parking rates were increased.

Last month, problems with the water. One morning, there was no water at all! Other mornings, there was only cold water.

Today the Health Department closed the pool until further notice.
