I have recently moved into Capitol Towers and have found that the staff is very pleasant to deal with. They seem to react to any issues I have with an expedient attitude in an attempt to always satisfy the customer. Even though there are many repairs and upgrades currently being made to the complex, It does not foreshadow the inviting atmosphere and the overall friendliness of the tenants and staff. I would definitely recommend Capitol Towers for the price and location, especially once all the modifications have been completed.
