I just left Nashville after working a 6-month contract for the State, and lived at Capitol Towers the whole time. It's right in the heart of downtown, and I recommended it to several people as very nice and affordable. I wish I could've stayed longer, but work elsewhere was calling. There was a lot of construction and renovation going on while I was there (which caused some inconvenience at times), but it showed the owners' and management's commitment to improving the property. When they finish it will be a very classy place. New elevators, new laundry facility, and soon new retail and a restaurant on-site. Jim Carrey and the rest of the staff were friendly and always helpful. If you work downtown, this is the place to be.
