I've lived at the Capitol Towers for 6 months and have no complaints. It is an old building, but they are currently renovating it. Neighbors are all friendly, a quick walk to pretty much everything in downtown Nashville, incredible rent deals considering the location, and a really helpful staff make it a good choice. Downsides are garage access is limited and sometimes trains can be very, very well heard at night. You get used to that quick, though. Overall, a very good deal for the money, and a safe place to lay your head in the great city of Nashville.
