Capitol Towers is a great place to live in the heart of Downtown Nashville. The management staff is redecorating the building. I have the most beautiful view of Nashville, right outside my window. The neigbors are great, I meet this fantastic lady named Alice, who told me that she had been here for years, and that is has been a wondeful place to live. You may have your pet, that's getting harder to find these days. Come join this great neighborhood in Music City USA.
Great place for artist and musicians.

I am the only Alice in the building so this nice reviewer must be referring to me. I must, with great emphasis, correct the reviewer's remarks. I have lived here 2 years and it has been a daily nightmare from the get go. I own my unit. Safety does not exist, you are actually safer outside on the sidewalk. I watch drug deals from my patio. Management is on-site however non-existant, daily crisis management . If one complains, there is a massive deliberate personal assault against that person to intimidate or remove them from the building. I also keep in touch with many renters who were here and their stories are almost unbelievable. Common areas are beyond filthy. Why am I still here? for the lawsuits that are coming. Keep me in your prayers, I have been physically attacked 4 times here by a resident. Another small older lady was also attacked by him and management told her not to worry because the attacker thought she was Alice (me). The building also has people who live here and don't pay, to make sure 'we' aren't making legal progress. Of the 200 /- units here, approximately 50 are privately owned condos. There is really nothing you do as a renter except get an attorney and stand in line. I live in unit #901 and anyone who would want exact information may write me and I will answer. The physical address is at the top and the only thing you need to add to the address is unit #901 and I will get it. P.S. I bought this unit for $58,000 in 2005 and that is about 25% value of other downtown units, and now I know why.
