I was suppose to move in in March. Every two weeks they said it would be ready, but never was. SO in May they decided to put me in a temporary apartment that I was only suppose to be in another 2 weeks. 2 weeks turned into 2 months. Then when I finally got to move into my "new" "luxury" apartment I had to sign a new lease. Mind you, I had no A/C this whole time. It was hot and very uncomfortable. They told me when I moved in that the A/C would be on in 2 months... which it has been 7 months and still the A/C are not hooked up... Well who needs A/C now' Its cold... guess what... NO HEAT EITHER!! But for $1000 rent a month, they will provide you with a "beautiful limestone oil heater" AKA Space heater! The garage that I pay $120 a month for a "secure" parking spot... well the gate has been broken for a month now! oh but that will be fixed in 2 weeks... no worries...they have already ordered the parts... Oh, I hope you have lots of quarters for your guest parking because the parking meters in the street cost $1 per hour that you park there. there is no guest parking... its all paid parking!! I hope that no one stays the night cause that can cost about $20 in parking!! Oh and the beautiful view of the State Capitol... Its lovely... I have wonderful pictures, thats all I have gained or liked about this place... Let me save you the thousand a month and I will email the pics to you... Cause that is the only good thing about that ---- hole! I hope that your balcony is no where in the view of the nice GREEN pool that they dont drain or cover for the winter! Lets get on to management... LIES LIES LIES is all I have ever heard, enough said!... Ok on to the people around the area... The good thing is that you and your family can enjoy the view of people at Metro walking around in their apartments naked... Or enjoy the nice ------- neighbors who freak out on you in the garage because they have been working 12 hour shifts!(like we don't work) Thats always nice... for a woman to be attacked by a man who lives there and the management does NOTHING! Lets talk about the people who work there... Yes the same ones that you catch on the side of the building smoking crack with other tenants... thats nice... Then they get all cracked out they come and bang on your door at all hours of the night begging for cigarettes, money and even food.... Beware of the contractors too... they will steal your crystal springs water that is delivered to your door when you are not home!! Well I hope that this review will help you make your renting decisions! I am bailing out on my lease... I have spent too many hot days and now too many COLD nights!! Im out... Oh I am taking my dog with me since I didn't pay the $500 NON REFUNDABLE pet deposit... So if you have pets... look forward to that pretty penny spent! Oh DON'T GET A FISH TANK.. THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED!!!!!!
