This review is right on the money, I too live here! The pool is a haven for raising mosquitoes and disgusting and the patio/deck area is taped off with caution tape and of course it is the only place you are legally allowed to use a grill.

The apartments on floors 1 - 6 are infested with cockroaches and several floors above. If you have nice bedroom furniture with a bed any larger than a full size bed forget it. The bedroom set will not fit in these bedrooms.

They do not have an alternative to paid parking. I pay $120.00 per month, so I basically pay $900.00 a month for a 650 sq. ft. apartment that does not have a pool, patio/deck area.

If something is broken it is hard to get maintenance to repair it. I moved away from the roach and in to a smaller apartment for more money, but only after my first 6 months lease was up. I had to wait or pay $250.00 to move!

Capitol Towers advertizes utilities are included in the rent, well they should also advertize it comes with free pets(cockroach: American and German), millions of them.
The workout room is more like 12 X 12 with not ventilation.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in renting and I have live in six different states!

They do have laundry room on site, but you have to worry about other people leaving cloths in the washer and dryers for hours, while you wait. They have plenty of room for more machine, but chose not to add more. It would help to alleviate the problem.

My Lease is up and I am out of here!
