| 04/21/2013 | I owned a 1 bedroom condo on the 10th floor for 7 years. Two years before I sold it (For $25,000 LESS than I paid for it) I was told I owed a "special assessment" of over $10,000. I owned the property outright and had no mortgage yet over 1,000 lenders would not the lend money based on the fact that it had been incorporated as a condominium over 10 years before but less than 1/3 of the units were ever sold.
