I'm really picky about where I live and this place is too old for me, but it has some strong points. It's within walking distance to a big grocery store, Vanderbilt University, a nice park, a really good elementary school, the bus etc. It's also fairly quiet and the laundry facility is never full. I've noticed that a lot of the tenants are Asian so that's a bonus if you're Asian. Kind of a like a quiet Asian community. I've never had trouble finding a parking space. I think if you aren't too worried about living in a really nice, new place, it's a great deal for how close it is to the university and the hospital.
