roaches problem

I moved in Chateau 2 years ago and there is huge roaches problem here. Not only my apartment has it and I know at least four apartments in Chateau have this problem. When you complain, the pest control will come for it only in your apartment. However, they don't take care of your neighbors so that roaches from next doors move in you apartment again even those in your apartment died. Then you complain again, they will do the same thing again for you. You will never get rid of roaches in your apartment. Slowly you will give up complaining because you know it will not work.
