When we started living here...it was full of roaches and huge scary spiders...but after 1 yr of our struggle and continuous pesticides etc...there were no insects.

There is ocassional rainfall in your bathrooms because of leaks :).

It is very old building and so are the internal fittings...Management is okay.

Closets are old style and often there is danger that those doors will fall on you.

I am a new manager at the this coomunity and we have made a lot of great changes. We have put on new rooofs evry year in the last three years.
