I moved in CC 2002 and I loved it cause the people that lived there were mainly handicap or someone s grandparent, which for me was peace and quiet. I never had to call maintenance and the management was cool. My car was broken into, but I got over it. I believe in 2005 is when they switched management and they were ok never had to call multi times to get help. The reason why I left because they started moving in folks that didn t care about the property or they kids running lose. I was also seeing the police a little too much. At that point, I had to move I just couldn t take it anymore. If I blame management then it would be for letting people with trifling ways and bad kids into CC. There was one thing I didn't hate about the the apartment the heat a/c unit is too loud can't even hear the door bell over it and i was always sick of someone asking me whats that noise....i have to tell them that is how the air sounds and its not broken just a cheap unit.
