The staff in the office are the most two-faced people I've ever met. Anyone who calls them courteous is nuts. You can ask for service for your apartment or otherwise and receive it 4 months to a year later. The crime in the complex is also getting rather severe along with the noise level. The thumping of that rap/techno crap music can be heard at just about anytime, so it's great if you like that stuff. I don't feel safe here; I bought myself a gun and got a conceal carry permit. And, those wonderful amenities they are always boasting to potential renters include: broken grills, security gates that seem to never work and let everyone in, a urine saturated kiddie pool, and patios green with mold. I've been here long enough to see lots of negative changes to the community, but I'm happy to say- I'm getting the hell out of here!
