Worst place to live in Nashville

This complex will sugar coat anything to get you in there, and then rob you blind once you do move in. Once their "specials" to entice you to move in are over, they're gone for good, and they will charge you whatever they want. I lived here for nearly four years, only because I didn't want to have to pay the expense of moving until I could afford to buy my own house.
Management will not fix anything. My roof leaked for a year and they never fixed it. I replaced my own faucet in the bathroom because I kenw that they wouldn't bother. Management will leave threatening letters on your door, threatening to fine you for some kind of offense that they think you may have performed, without determining whether in fact you did or not.
Very poorly insulated, you will spend a week's pay on electricity to heat it in the winter.
Also, though not anything that the apartment complex can handle, you are right in the landing zone for the airport and planes fly over constantly, and are loud.
