They promised to clean our carpet after a year, but never did. The apartment is literally falling apart. The fixtures and appliances are terrible. We just deal with it because we know it is temporary. The layout is stupid because (for 1 bedroom) have to go in through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Also, the lease is a headache. Don't sign if you want something temporary. They set up "discounts", but you will have to pay those "discounts" back if you break your lease for each month you stay there. It's loud because it's right by the airport, but dog friendly.

I live in these apartments in building 4, and i've lived here for five years and I love it. Especially the brand new management! Kerri is the Property Manager and I asked her For the same 200$ Discount that I had the previous four years and she said "sure, as long as you pay on time and understand that we can't do the same next year" I did see that if i break lease or pay late i loose the discount. but thats alrigt with me 'cause i'm just glad we got new people in office.
