I moved to Creekstone when I first moved to Nashville b/c I didn't know any better. I needed a place to live that I could afford on my own (as a lot of nice apartments in Nashville are expensive). At first, the people were friendly and gave me a $140 discount/month to sign a year lease. Sounded great. Three months in I found 2 spiders. I caught the spiders b/c I wanted to see what kind they were. After some research, I realized the were brown recluse spiders, so I kept them for the exterminators (hired by Creekstone) so that they could confirm what they were. They left a note saying the had to check the traps they set, not the spiders I caught. Over the remainder of my lease I caught about 20 brown recluse spiders. And, after having to ask MULTIPLE times to have someone come fix the problem, they never went away.

Also, I had to make at least 6 requests before someone would come fix my drains. People would come in and sign off on the repair, but in reality nothing was being done. My toilet overflowed 5 times as well before someone came to fix that. I had to go into the office in tears after the 5th time it overflowed before they'd do anything about it.

The carpets were disgusting, the walls are as stark white as (I'm sure, don't know from experience) the walls of the Mental Health Institute across the street, and the kitchen is disgusting (I had to have my counters resurfaced b/c the counters were coming off on my cleaning towels when I'd wipe down the counters).

I've now been out of the apartment for a while and STILL haven't received my deposit check back. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE. Seriously. If you can afford something a little more expensive and just miss out on a few other things to save money, it's well worth it b/c this place is terrible.
