I moved here shortly after the new management staff took over in July, 2007. I have been given the run-around about so many things. I seriously think that someone in the office is pocketing money. B/C they nickel and dime you to death on everything. I started out in a one bedroom and paid 710 a month. for a one bedroom!!!! I then saw the signs stating you could get a 2 bedroom for 710 a month. I was like "sign me up". Well, then the problems really started. I had to pay a transfer fee of 300, not to mention transfer fees for electric and cable. Then, after paying my rent on the one bedroom, they wanted me to pay again for the two bedroom. (only one person in the office claimed that I had to do that) The other person said that if I paid for the one and then transferred, it carries over. Maintenance is a hilarious joke around here. NOTHING GETS FIXED. I still have problems that were turned in over a month ago. And, if maintenance comes out to your apartment, they will look at the problem and tell you "We will have to get the contractor out here". Seriously, for caulking!!!!! Ok I have ranted enough. PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. TRUST ME, YOU WILL REGRET LIVING HERE. I KNOW I DO.
