CREEKSTONE IS MORE LIKE CRACKSTONE. I LIVED THERE JUNE '06 TO SEPT. '06. THE GATE HARDLY EVER WORKS!!!!! STUPID! THE KITCHEN CABINETS DON'T CLOSE. SPIDERS ARE ALL OVER THAT CRAZY PLACE. I GAVE MY 30-DAY NOTICE BEFORE MY LEASE ENDED IN SEPT. 06. THEN AFTER I LEFT, THEY GAVE ME A CALL SAYING "I NEVER GAVE A NOTICE" AND SO THEY CHARGED ME ANOTHER MONTH THAT I WAS NOT EVEN THERE! PLUS THEY CHARGED EXTRA MISCELLANEOUS FEES THAT I CAN'T EVEN REMEMBER. I TOLD THEM THAT "ANNE" GOT MY WRITTEN NOTICE, AND WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO HER, THEY SAID SHE NO LONGER WORKED THERE! HOW'S IT MY FAULT'! SO THEY CAME UP WITH A BIT OVER A GRAND IN FEES, PLUS THEY KEPT MY SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR GOD KNOWS WHAT- I TOOK CARE OF MY APARTMENT AND CLEANED IT GOOD BEFORE I LEFT! THEY TURNED THE FEE INTO THE COLLECTION AGENCY ........THEN I ARGUED TO THEM..THEN THEY CUT IT IN HALF...WITHOUT EXPLANATION...IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DOWN TO ZERO, BC I GAVE MY NOTICE PLUS THE APARTMENT WAS LEFT CLEAN. I AT LEAST SHOULDA GOT SOME OF MY DEPOSIT BACK. BUT NO, THEY KEPT MY DAMN DEPOSIT AND THEN CHARGED ME AN EXTRA $1,200 FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER, EVEN THOUGH I MOVE OUT BY THEN...AND PLUS LATE FEES FOR SEPT. AND AN EXTRA 25% ADDED...BLAH BLAH BLAH. CREEKSTONE IS STUPID. I HATE THEM. THEY WILL ROB YOU. OH YEA..THEIR 1 BEDROOM IS SUPER TINY. I HATE CABIN FEVER! PARKING SUCKS, TOO. THE EXIT GATE IS ALSO REALLY SLOW. DON'T EXPECT TOO MUCH FROM THIS GHETTO COMPLEX. YOU'LL PAY SO MUCH MORE THAN THEY GIVE YOU. AAAND IT'S FRIKKIN NOISY WHEN THE PLANES PASS BY...WHICH IS EVERY 20 MIN. OR WHATEVER. IT'S HARD TO FALL ASLEEP SOMETIMES. THE NOISE WOULD FREAK ME OUT! JUST MOVE TO BELLEVUE...OR..MOUNT JULIET...HERMITAGE..COOL SPRINGS. SOMEWHERE QUIETER AND MORE PLEASANT.

I feel ya on this one. That all sounds about right AND I got a letter form the new property owners (this is hte 4th one that has been in since I lived there) saying they didn't have my forwarding address for my security deposit. I left it when I moved out with the keys...of course she wrote it down on a post-it note so I didn't expect them to really have it.

I have lived here for 1 & 1/2 years. I love living here. I haven't had but very few maintenance issues that was fixed very quick. I moved FROM Bellevue to Creekstone. How can you blame Creekstone for the noise of the airplanes, isn't that an AIRPORT ISSUE, NOT A CREEKSTONE ISSUE? Call the police districts for the area you are living in &/or moving to. I called over 25 apartment complexes and the crime rate was higher. If there are problems going on at Creekstone such as theft, robbery, etc apparently the person that was involved never called the police. Also, the new management has done nothing but BETTER the place by replacing the old with new. After all, the apartments are 20 years old. If there were houses here in place of apartments, you would still have the same maintenance issues, even in Bellevue, Brentwood, Franklin etc.
