I have lived in my apartment at Creekstone for seven months now. When you move into an apartment that is more than twenty years old you would expect to have to call maintenance every now and then, right' I have only had to call them twice in the time i've lived her and the staff was really nice to me. I knew coming into this that they were new to the property because they told me. After I moved in i was actually accosted by one resident and she was awful, all she did was complain and then her and another guy that was being taken to court for not paying 'cause of some kind of maintenance issue(s) started bashing what seemed to be a great staff. I don't know what these people are mad at but it can't be this place 'cause since i moved in the place has been great and they even did some construction to try to fix up the grounds. my neighbors are awesome and the only thing that is wrong with the gate is the big black truck I saw driving into it to open it. Okay people figure out who you should really be mad at and move if you don't like it 'cause for the location and price it's awesome!!!

Well I'm glad you had a good run at it. My first 6 months were fine, the last 6 months pretty much went downhill. When college students are subleasing - breaking bottles on the steps, light in the hallway, leaving romen noodles scattered all over the grounds - cars getting stolen, 2 cars had tires and rims stolen off of them...it's not really a safe place. Enjoy...until you get jumped or your car gets stolen too. Oh...and my other neighbor had a collection of brown recluse spiders in a jar from his apartment that he asked repeatedly to get sprayed. We have all moved out since and couldn't be happier. A neighbor of mine who lived there for 4 years finally moved out for all the same reasons. Wake up...the place sucks.

The new management staff is awful....they took over in June of last 2007. They are non caring and very unattentive. I had a roof leak that took over 3 months to get fixed. Although the now manager was told about it weekly it took 12 weeks. The gate has been broken for weeks on end, and when they do repair it the fix only works for about 2 days max.

This is to all the nasty people that doesnt have anything better to do with there time but to put Creek Stone Apts, down and the Staff, Tis is by far the best place ever, So all you people that has nothing better to say about this place and the staff. Well i say get a life.
