I have lived at Creekstone since August of 07. There have been a couple of management changes since then and I love the new staff and management! They are wonderful, and go well out of their way to accommodate. I had a couple of maintenance issues when I first moved in, but they were handled within a short period of time.

It is a little noisy with the planes passing over, but I have never been kept awake at night because of them. For those who are complaining, what do you expect' It's near the airport!

As far as a bug problem I don't know what they're talking about. The exterminator comes every Monday and I've never had an issue with them coming to spray my apartment. We are near a wooded area and bugs will come and go. When I first moved in I found a couple of Brown Recluse. I called the office and they had the exterminator come out the next day! Talk about service! Since then I haven't seen one, nor have had any critter problems.

The neighborhood is excellent. I have a dog that needs to be walked daily and whether its 6 PM or 3 AM, I've never felt like I was putting myself at risk. Its quiet, well lit, safe, and there is also a courtesy officer patrolling the grounds making sure it stays that way.

The gate is usually working. The few times it hasn't is because some of the tenants forget their card, or don't bother to go down to the office to get one when they first move in, and drive right through it. You're the ones damaging apartment property, not to mention your own vehicle.

Overall, I would recommend Creekstone to anyone! The management and staff are excellent, the location is wonderful (10-20 mins from everything), they accept large breeds of dogs, and they are affordable!

You are living in fantasy land. I have since moved out of Creekstone and they can't give the apartments away. They have signs up for free rent and still can't fill them, doesn't that tell you something.....get out while you still have some dignity left.

I love living at Creekstone. This is my second year here. The office staff is wonderful and will go out of their way to work with you. Any maintenance issues I have had were taken care of quickly. Why do you keep bashing Creekstone if you have moved out? People will make their on choice to live here or not. My choice is to live here. Let me guess, you moved into another apartment and probably paying more rent?

I still live at Creekstone and have no plans to move. I like the complex, but the managemnet is horrible and flat out lies to its residents. The fact that they also do not fix issues that they are well aware of is disturbing. Several residents are actually forming a group to try and get the owners to hear our concerns as we have been dirctly told by the managemnet that they will not tell the owners we have issues.......A GREAT WAY TO HANDLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!.....The prior management was a 10 compared to this group of 3's at best
