The new management after years of fair and equitable servie from Mickelson have decided to start to charge for water, sewage and trash pick up. Now you would think that most people live in apartments to not have to worry about such charges but even if it doesn't bother you how about this side bar. I have talked with one resident that got charged with over $70 his first month on this new plan. The next resident I spoke with got charged $25 for 7 days of service. I lived in a 1800 sqft house from 2000-2005 and never had these three services cost more than $55 with an average of about $35 a month. That was with 3 others in the house. Now these people are paying from $75 to $100 for the same services in a 890 SQFT apartment with 1 person living in it. If they want to charge for these services they need to meter each apartment. How do they know how much water and sewage service we are using''''' On top of this the fitness center has not been cleaned in several months. The gate has worked maybe a total of a month in the last 8 months. They have now even put spikes on the gate ( a good idea that was given to them by a resident) but after at least 3 weeks still do not have it closed or working. I am going to say I would not recomend the property at this point, but if the new owners would either reselll or the old ones would come back I would change my mind. This was a grat propert when I was here from 1995 to 2000 and since coming back in 2007 and the ownership changed UGH!!!!.

I live on this property and the management is fine. Yeah i've been in the office a few times when they were getting yelled at over the water thing but has anyone read the paper or watched the news? Prices are going up for everything ;lately. we thought about movin but went and asked about the water 'cause of that e-mail at the mail boxes, and we were told that the owners thought it was gonna be cheaper but that in the end it was too much so now they are only chargin 35 and 50 dollars for water.. check around and you will see that several other apt.s are chargin more for rent and water. I like the new management and i think if any body else is payin even close to what i am for the area you ought to be happy. at least the're tryin to fix what was obviously their own mistake

Give the new owners a chance. Of course some things will change, but they will also improve with the renovations and an excellent, experienced Manager now in charge. It takes time to turn things around and they are getting better every day. I know the staff here really cares about the residents and they will continue to provide better conditions, service and communication. Before too long you'll be considering this one of the best properties in town.
