This complex, although older, was a hidden gem until new management took over in early 2007. Not only did their customer service deteriorate, they contracted with a new private college in the area to serve as "dormrooms" and the entire complex began suffering from the influx. The grounds were covered in dog feces, loud music can be heard at all hours, cars in disrepair litter the parking lot. We left in October, 2007 after a rash of vehicle and motorcycle thefts occurred. On the day we moved out, police were taking a man who had beaten his girlfriend senseless in an adjacent apartment to jail.

Avoid this one at all costs, your safety and security are in jeopardy with this management and their poor choices.

Everything that was written in the above review is absolutely 100% accurate...to say that Creekstone Apartments is a "sinking ship" is a complete understatement. IT DONE SUNK!

Seriously? There is no "contract" from what i know the college doesn't have housing so they rent apartments from several of the surrounding communities. Are they loud? Yes, but you would be too if you just moved from your moms to your very own apartment. Does that excuse it? No, but how is that the complexes fault? They have to get the apartments rented and as far as the poop... didn't they put out those pet stations? what do you want them to do? make people pick up there dog poo?

As you, we also left in late October due to management and the degenerating environment. I had a dog but at least cleaned up after it. But trying to determine my dogs poo from the thousand other rotting feces in the grass was almost imposable. The people not keeping there dogs on leashes was also a problem, trying to train my pup with other dogs jumping all over the place was intolerable, I just started walking my dog at night to avoid the ruckus.. As well the management team was considerably degenerate not attending to situations with parties, loud music and broken beer bottles littering the very back sidewalk... As for the thefts I can explain that. It would have helped if they actually kept the gates closed and operational, maybe that could have prevented some of he vandalisms. Glad to know that I wasn't the only one having problems out of this place

The way i feel about this is if you have a dog and the dog poops on the ground then clean it up. Would you clean it up if the dog pooped in your apt. Well i hope so not in less your nasty. So clean up after your dogs, OK

The college only allows their students 2 choices...CREEKSTONE & The Trails...and you have to have a HIGH GPA to even get to stay at The Trails because the are NICER apartments...so you may not have a contract but yes the college MET WITH CREEKSTONE to get this set up & APPROVED BY CREEKSTONE to allow 4 students to live there so I bet if checked into the did INDEED have a contract!!! ART INSTITUTE #874-1067 if anyone wants to call...I personally know 2 that lived there through the college and the kids NEVER signed a contract with Creekstone. I also had a friend contact me about Creekstone while he was doing his paper work since it was one of the options on where to stay and I advised him against Creekstone after he told me his other option was The Trails if his GPA was high enough!!!!
