I moved here due to job relocation and soon after moving in, found out that the apartment complex has some agreement with a local college and that this is essentially dormitory housing. I would not recommend living here unless you are in college and can be kept up all hours of the night by noisy kids. In an effort to keep the complex "secure," the management changed the code for the gate and would not release that new code to even residents as we were supposed to use our cards. Despite their penchant for "security," the gates in the back (supposed to be exit) were broken for several months and were used by many people as an entrance. The front gate was also broken quite often. I would pay a little more to live someplace else.

If all you have to do is complain well move to some place else .But i no that you want feel the love elsewere.

The purpose of this website is to let prospective renters know what problems they may face if they choose to live here, not to just complain. They can see what you have to say and make a decision on their own. All I want them to have is fair warning about problems I have had--something I would have appreciated before making a decision to rent here. Although the kids from the Art Institute are now gone, the gates are still broken--since November-- and have not been repaired due to, what I was told, a problem getting a loan approved to fix it. I chose this location due to what I viewed as the security (only place in area where the gates were locked 24/7).

AMEN!!!!! The purpose of this website is to let prospective renters know what problems they may face if they choose to live here, not to just complain. <---that says it all...so why does that person KEEP DEFENDING the PROBLEMS INSTEAD OF FIXING THEM??????
