I have lived at Creekstone Apartments for 5 years.
They were a GREAT place to live UNTIL new management took over a few years back. It has slowly but surely gone downhill with each passing year. The pools NEVER open ON TIME anymore...they ALWAYS did before new management took over...they are usually CLOSED down a few times through the summer for one reason or another. The Jacuzzi has NEVER worked since I ve lived there and didn t work for 2 years before that as my friend (that recommended me) lived there then. Also the excuse they are giving this year is a LIE AGAIN!!! I talked with the Health Department & was told the real reason they couldn't open which was NOT what management told me.
The steps are a hazard with metal breaking off and this has been reported 2 times with no action taken. I had to get out there and break off the rusted metal myself. come on now...give me a break...put a camera out there like you said you would and catch them if that's the case!!! also I do believe 9 months to prepare for OPENING DAY is long enough to get the pools ready...apparantly you don't swim or like it or like the office is doing making another excuse...has nothing to do with clean...duh once again WRONG ANSWER!!!! oh by the way I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT FOR THE POOLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well if a lot of the people that live here wouldnt break the gates maybe they would still work. So why should the management keep paying to fix the gates when there are people that dont have RESPECT and break them. And as far as the pool i rather have a clean pool so give them time to do what thet have to do. And if these people that live here is in that big of a hurry to swim well the lake is down the road go there.
