I moved here last January because of the ameneties provided (two pools, a jacuzzi, own washer and dryer, workout facility, tennis court and volley court).

Three out of these six ameneties/perks are actually usable.
The pools have of course been out of commission all summer so far and from what i've heard they have been out of commission for awhile now, I don't see management fixing it anytime soon. This as well as the jacuzzi. I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE SUNBATHING IN THE PARKING LOT BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOWHERE TO LAY!
The workout facility has only two things that work.
One is the weights and the other a treadmill that makes so much racket that it makes it annoying to even run.

I definetly see myself moving when my lease is up and never coming back or telling someone about this place.
We had high hopes in moving here and now we see ourselves going somewhere else with ameneties that are actually available.

Yet another attempt by the good ole' office staff to try and fool others into believing that "pleasedrenter1957" is actually a tenant when in fact it is they in the office, with nothing better to do than try and save face, who writes the above. Creekstone is going down...and quickly! It does not take a rocket scientist to make this deduction. Brandi...by the way, nice professionalism you displayed the other day assaulting that poor resident! You are going places, girl...keep up the good work...NOT!

As far as the pools are concerned, if people didn't take their dogs for a swim, smash glass bottles, or have intercourse in them, they would be up and running. The staff is doing everything in their power to re-open them and KEEP them open. However, some residents are doing everything they can to make sure that doesn't happen.

Believe me, if I see these thing happening I WILL report them and do everything I can to stop these things because I know it stops the rest of us from using these ameneties the way they are supposed to be. I thank you management *and i'm sure your viewing this* that I appreciate you calling something to fix the back pool this weekend. If I and other tennants respond to this nonsense in a manner that is professional I hope the management will take swift action with these other tennants that discrace their own facilities.

Jeez are some people living in a dream workld or trying to defend incomptant staff and owners. There has been nothing butlies and excuses since the new management took over in July of 2007. Mickleson was at least up front baout things and they never closed the pool or the fitness center for issues that couldn't be fixed with repairs. This doesn't even include a non working security gate that has been an issue with the new owners since day one of thier take over and was never down more than a day or two with Mickelson. Explain that away....the staff tries blaming theowners not apporiving bids but that is BS after 18 months of disrepair????

Well these ameneties would be ingreat working order if people would ttear them up. There are some people no matter where you live that always breaking thing and that makes it hard for the other people that live here. So before you blame the staff because these things are not working properly take a look around and blame some one else ok. And as far as the pool if people wouldnt tear the pool up maybe it would be open at this time. The staff is doing the best they can to get it open. What do you want them to do wave a magic stick and its open. Well its that simple. They are trying hard to get the pool fixed. It is just the pool people has a BIG waiting list and will get to us soon. So before you blame the STAFF for everything that goes wrong. Well you need a reality check.This is for red12mooveout For you info i am a tentent ok and Brandy nor the other staff had anything to do what the hell i post thank you. So this is for all the Ass holes that post BAD things about this place, If you cant stand the heat then get the HELL out of the Kitchen per say.
