Do not come here if you value a peaceful home life!!! Nothing is as it seems here. While management puts on a great show and has an answer for everything, nothing is fixed, amenitiies offered do not exist, security gates do not work, pools do not open, and residents are not pleased they have wasted their money to be here!!!! Everything shown in the apt. guide is for show only. Once you really look inside, past the office and clubhouse, it only goes downhill. So far, my favorite is the feeling of an artic breeze blowing in around the windows during winter. Only to be followed by the continually dripping faucets and neverending flushing of the toilets of their own free will at random hours of the day and night. The buildings have also settled, so do not count on your doors or cabinets to close properly. Maintenance is not an issue, since it doesn't really happen either on any regular basis. My advice is to choose another place to call home, or you too will regret it!
