Wonderful first place - I agree From: somebody_h Date posted: 3/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I have been in Creekwood since 2003 and I have had 1 major issue, that was in summer of 2004 when some crickets started hopping out of cracks in the bathroom. Management made me actually prove that they were crickets or roaches by asking me to give them a dead sample believe it or not and I did that. Management needs to shape up and respond better to customer complaints but other than that it is fine. The rents are cheaper as compared to some others, The rooms are really really spacious and water chrages are covered. So it is OKAY for 1st time when you are trying to save some money but otherwise you could move on.
