They will rip you off

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
At one time this might have been a great place to live. But they have run this place into the ground. Do not trust the rental office.

Maintanance is a joke.

The people at AIMCO care about one thing.....making money THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF IF YOU GIVE THEM THE CHANCE.

So read the lease, hold your breath, and prepare for a bumpy ride.

also cars get broken into on a regular basis
