Having read the "complaint" reviews, I have to say that I have never experienced any of the problems mentioned. The staff here have been friendly, going out of their way to help me make lease arrangements while I was abroad for the summer, making courtesy calls and so forth. Every maintenence request has been answered promptly and courteously and I have no complaints after having lived here for two years. (and I've never had trouble parking, even when getting back late in the day).
