What can you expect for the price

The Crossings was the cheapest place I could find when I first moved to Bellevue. I was 18 and broke. I wouldn't call it the worst place to live but I can relate to a lot the others are saying. When I first moved in I made sure to make all the arangments with the staff to install directv. The installation of the dish was approved. Then when the guy comes out to install it and says it can't be done. I had to raise hell. The grouns were never pretty although the grass was cut. I was never able to find a parking spot in front of my building. I came home late from waiting tables. And I was always scared to be out alone. the work out equipment was old and broken and the password was always changed at random with no notice of the new one. The potholes on the driveway were my biggest complaint. They would fix them once a week. And they were HUGE. now I live at the lakes and I love it. 100 times better
