The work they have been doing on these apartments is crazy. It is taking so long and is inconvenient for everyone. The office staff is fake and not helpful. They even made an elderly woman who is going through chemo park at the clubhouse because they were paving the driveway and NOT ONE person here wanted to give her a ride back. Neighbors are nosey and annoying. I suspect they will continue to try to come back at me and make my life even more of a hell as it was continual harrassment the entire time I lived there. A pipe burst soaking our entire apartment and the one downstairs, bugs were everywhere. Complaints on me were never in writing and they couldnt present us with anything other than "Many people are threatening to move because of you guys" Please tell me who those people are as we had a good relationship with everyone but two people there. I only saw two letters that were actually left at my door. They offer up no excuses for their actions and are rude if you ask for one. Now I know why their leasing agent Jason left. I would too if I had to deal with the new manager. "Get rid of all the good and keep the bad" is what their motto should be if it isn't already....Beware of AIMCO!!! It's all about collect the money and screw the tenants! I can't wait to get blamed for the things I wrote down which were wrong with our apt from the beginning and never fixed!
